A migration evaluation for a high-temp epoxy focuses on service temperature rating, thermal conductivity where relevant, viscosity/rheology for your dispensing method, cure schedule compatibility with your ovens, and aged performance. Specialty epoxy pricing is dominated by pack format: small syringes and kits with short shelf lives and minimum order quantities can inflate the true cost per gram well beyond the headline price.
