Why customers ask for a Panacol® alternative
Vitralit® UV adhesives are widely specified in medical device assembly, electronics and optics. The migration enquiries Incure receives are rarely about dissatisfaction — they are about supply strategy: establishing a qualified second source on a validated assembly, reducing dependence on a single supplier group, shortening lead times in Asia and the Americas, and relieving price escalation. Incure manufactures its UV/LED chemistry in the United States and Singapore, which makes it a natural dual-region, independent complement to any single-sourced incumbent.

Cure equipment stays yours
Panacol is part of a group that also builds UV curing equipment, and many Vitralit® users run matched lamps. Incure's approach is equipment-agnostic: candidates are matched to your installed UV or LED source during the engineering review, whatever its brand. Where an equipment refresh is wanted, Incure also manufactures LED curing systems — but a migration never requires one.
How the evaluation works
The seven-step conversion process applies: submit the Vitralit® product number and application details, Incure identifies the closest candidate, tunes viscosity or fluorescence where necessary, ships samples with recommended settings, and supports the documented comparison your change control needs. Incumbent values in every comparison come from Panacol's current published TDS — never estimated.

Incure figures are database values for the referenced Incure grades (viscosity in cP, temperature in °C); they are not measurements of, or claims about, any Panacol-Elosol GmbH product. Candidate suitability is always subject to application validation on your parts and process.
